History of the Site at Food Vision
Kuik family’s Sim Lian Holdings Group and the Lim family’s Evan Lim & Co. have joined forces to transform their aging freehold industrial developments in Mandai Estate into a ramp-up 10-story strata development catering to the food industry.
Their joint venture, dubbed Food Vision @ Mandai, will be released to the public before the end of the year.
The new building will have a gross floor area (GFA) that is about a third bigger than the GFA of the two existing buildings on the site.
