Food Vision is a freehold, 10-story B2 factory development with a ramp-up structure. There are 115 separate food factories in the vast building where Food Vision is housed. We understand that the key to our success is in meeting the needs of the business while also ensuring its long-term viability. In an attempt to foster such collaboration and growth, Food Vision offers functional spatial solutions.

The ramp up food factory’s high floor-to-floor height and common loading and unloading spaces directly outside each individual unit’s door will provide your firm with improved convenience and transparency.

Widespread trends and changes, such as increasing urbanization, growing populations, altering consumer tastes, and cutting-edge technology, are continually reshaping the future of food.

The rising need for food facilities that can give essential nutrition to our neighborhood and beyond is being helped by Food Vision @ Mandai. This target is in keeping with Singapore’s larger purpose of bolstering the nation’s food security, as well as its continuing initiatives to create a highly inventive and productive food sectors

This building was designed with the option for cold storage rooms on every story. The building’s modular design allowed for the inclusion of an initial sunken level that may be used for kitchen operations. More leeway is afforded as a result.

Food Vision provides enough production space and serves businesses from all segments of the food and beverage sector. In addition, there is space on the roof set aside for the placement of emergency power generators.

Food Vision is conveniently located near many MRT stations and the Kranji Expressway, making it a popular dining destination in Singapore (KJE). There is potential for growth because to the site’s outstanding closeness to critical amenities.

As a result of the difficulties brought on by Covid-19, many would-be entrepreneurs in the food industry have come out of hiding to formulate fresh strategies for running their businesses. Given the proliferation of food delivery services, it’s hardly surprising that many eateries are closing their brick-and-mortar locations in favor of online-only operations in the “cloud kitchen.”

Many restaurants and bars, especially in Singapore, have found that using cloud kitchens has helped them save costs. The demand for these regions has increased significantly since the start of the pandemic, both in Indonesia and elsewhere in South East Asia.

Find ten floors of open-concept food factories that are yours to design and build, as well as opportunities to grow with your business.

Metaphor Design Architecture Pte Ltd designed the building, which will have 10 floors and reach its TOP on December 31, 2026. The apartments come in one of five different layouts, and unlike many other buildings, there are no supporting pillars anywhere within. The building is served by three passenger elevators and two freight lifts, and each floor has its own loading and unloading bay with a maximum floor loading of up to 15 kN/m2. Floor-to-ceiling heights of up to 5.95 meters in the pillar-free food factory provide plenty of room for owners to make aesthetic and functional adjustments to suit the needs of businesses of varying sizes. There are 11 flats on each floor from 1 to 4, and 12 units on each floor from 5 to 10.

Food Vision Location at Mandai Estate

One of a kind freehold development at 21 Mandai Estate, situated in District 25 and brought to you by Mandai Estate Development Pte Ltd. Three parcels totaling 7,355.65 square meters will be utilized to construct a 10-story, cutting-edge food center and factory that will house 114 flats and a temporary staff canteen. One day soon, Food Vision will be a part of a system of food centers springing up all across Singapore. Because of this network, Singapore will become an even more important hub for the delivery of agricultural and aquacultural goods. With the “30 by 30” strategy in place, Singapore can be certain that its food supply would remain secure. 30 percent of our food needs will be fulfilled domestically by 2030.

Food Vision is located in close proximity to the Sungei Kadut Eco-District, which is part of the expanding Northern Agri-Tech and Food Corridor. The food production and technological advancements of the future will center along this urban-nature corridor. The region will have extensive connections to Woodlands Regional Centre and other parts of Singapore, and it will include efforts to protect wildlife and high-tech firms. Several convenient amenities are within walking distance of Food Vision.

The proximity to the Woodlands Causeway allows for easier access to both workers and materials, opening up more opportunities in the market. Keep playing a crucial position in the whole of your food business’s operations.

History of the Site at Food Vision

Kuik family’s Sim Lian Holdings Group and the Lim family’s Evan Lim & Co. have joined forces to transform their aging freehold industrial developments in Mandai Estate into a ramp-up 10-story strata development catering to the food industry.

Their joint venture, dubbed Food Vision @ Mandai, will be released to the public before the end of the year.

The new building will have a gross floor area (GFA) that is about a third bigger than the GFA of the two existing buildings on the site.
