    Delay Your Period 

    If you are someone who experiences bad periods in regard to the likes of cramps and mood swings, you could find it particularly hard to perform tasks. However, sometimes a task comes up or you have a day where you just can’t let your period get in the way. One way around this would be to delay your period. This means that instead of having your period when you’re expecting to, you can delay it for around two weeks. Doing this will allow you to get through whatever you need to do without added problems related to your period.     Take Some Time to Yourself 

    If you don’t have any major tasks or significant days on, then you might want to consider taking some time to yourself.     Increase Your Iron Intake

Doing this could help you to regulate your mood swings a little bit better. While you are eating as well, it could be a good idea to focus on eating more whole foods. Adding more whole foods to your diet and eating more frequently is going to regulate the cortisol levels in your body. High levels of cortisol are the main cause for mood swings.
